Shana Engram-Kitchin is the founder of Diverse Voices Therapy and a dedicated speech-language pathologist specializing in pediatric care. With a passion for supporting children’s communication needs, she creates an inclusive and nurturing environment for her clients. Outside of her professional work, Shana loves traveling, trying new foods, comic-con quests and spending time with her guinea pigs. Her love for children extends beyond her career, making her a compassionate and caring advocate for young voices.
DeAnga Littleton, OTR/L
DeAnga Littleton is an experienced occupational therapist with over 30 years of committed service in the rehabilitation and the public education system. Passionate about helping individuals achieve their fullest potential, she combines her expertise with a heart for charity and community. A devout churchgoer, DeAnga enjoys connecting with others and making a positive impact both professionally and personally. Her warm, kind nature shines through in all that she does.
Preston Engram, BSW
Preston Engram is a dedicated social worker currently pursuing his master’s degree in the field. With a strong background in working with children, he is passionate about making a difference in their lives. Outside of his professional work, Preston enjoys watching sports, spending quality time with family, comedy movies and diving into pop culture references. His vibrant personality and commitment to helping others make him a valuable asset to the community.
Joseph Engram-Kitchin
Joseph Engram-Kitchin holds a degree in computer science and has an immersive background as a systems testing engineer with Maxar, NASA and Pebble organizations. He has since joined the team as the tech support specialist, bringing his expertise to the table. Joseph is passionate about alternative energy sources and is actively working on a personal project to convert a 1970s Corvette into an electric car. Committed to making a difference, he is also dedicated to supporting communities in need through his work and personal initiatives. Outside of his tech work, he enjoys indulging in video games and is always exploring innovative ways to merge his interests with sustainability and community impact.
